What outboard brands does Maurer Marine service?
Maurer Marine is an authorized service center for Mercury, Suzuki, Yamaha, and Honda outboards. We handle scheduled service, diagnostics, repowers, and warranty work for all four brands.
Do you offer mobile marine service?
Most service is in-shop at our Costa Mesa yard. Mobile dockside service is available by request for customers in the Newport Harbor area — call to discuss.
Where is Maurer Marine located?
873 W. 17th St., Costa Mesa, CA 92627. We've been at this address since 1977. Hours are Mon–Fri 8AM–12PM and 1PM–5PM, Saturdays by appointment.
Can you repair inflatable boats and tenders?
Yes. We do tube patches, valve replacements, and full re-tubes on both Hypalon and PVC. We service Zodiac, Novurania, Walker Bay, and Zodiac MilPro inflatables — including boats not bought from us. Start a repair request at /repairs.
Do you do outboard repowers?
Yes. We're an authorized dealer for Mercury, Suzuki, Yamaha, and Honda, so we can spec, sell, and install the right four-stroke for your hull. Repower consults are free — call (949) 645-7673.

Do you service boats not bought from Maurer?
Yes. We service every boat and outboard we sell, and most we don't. Bring the boat in or have us come to your slip — we'll diagnose and quote. Same shop, same team, regardless of where you bought.
